"Surrealismos: arte para além da razão" proposes a shift in perspective.
The exhibition, held at Pinakotheke São paulo and curated by Max Perlingeiro and Tadeu Chiarelli, starts from a contemporary reading of the movement and presents it as an expanded field, traversed by different geographies and temporalities.
Here, surrealisms, in the plural, are understood as a form of thought that transcends the limits of reason and affirms imagination as a force.
The exhibition opens to the public at the new headquarters of Pinakotheke São Paulo, in Higienópolis.
